Sponge Iron
Direct-reduced iron (DRI), also called sponge iron, is produced from direct reduction of iron ore (in the form of lumps, pellets or fines) by a reducing gas produced from natural gas or coal. The reducing gas is a mixture, the majority of which is hydrogen (H2) and carbon monoxide (CO) which act as reducing agents.
MS Billet
Steel Billets are the product of a melting shop which later goes through a rolling mill production line. They are the softest, highly ductile & most malleable form. Billets are produced in a square cross-section of the area. They fall under the category of semi-finished casting products. Their final products involve bars, rods, tubes, pipes, wires & wire products.
TMT Bar
TMT bars are steel bars that are manufactured with a unique metallurgical process known as “Thermo Mechanical Treatment”. TMT bars are the backbone of every civil construction deep-rooted into the foundation. They bear the load of building, slabs, beams, columns and help in withstanding natural calamities.
Ferro Alloys
Ferro Alloys are used to make quality steel and to achieve the required chemical and physical properties in steel. We are making mainly two types of ferro-alloys, namely, Si-Mn and Fe-Mn. Si-Mn: Mn- 40-65, Si- 10-15. Fe-Mn: Mn- 70-75.
